Chili Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut up and cooked
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese- softened
1 Cup Greek yogurt
1/2 Cup chicken broth
1 14oz. can chili salsa(or 11/2 cups homemade salsa)
1 14 oz.can chili beans
1 cup finely chopped onion
10 8 inch tortillas cut into strips
1/2 lb. Monteray jack cheese or pepper jack
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish
Combine chicken,cream cheese,chicken broth, salsa, onion and chili beans in a large bowl, adjust amounts to make the sauce thick but loose and pourable.
Layer tortilla strips into the bottom of the greased dish.
Pour or spoon half of the chicken mixture over the tortilla strips.
add another layer of tortilla strips over the chicken mixture.
Layer the remaining chicken mixture over the tortilla strips.
Sprinkle cheeses over the chicken layer.
Bake 45 minutes until golden brown and Enjoy!
